Training & support
New franchisees complete a one-week intensive training program at the Phoenix home office. You will shadow experienced recruiters and account executives to see the business in action, followed by hands-on experience performing daily duties with ongoing feedback. During your first year, you receive two market visits to help build your prospective client list and candidate roster. You also gain access to state-of-the-art industry-specific software and proprietary management systems.
