Own a fast-casual salad franchise built for speed, efficiency, and real ingredients.

Brand overview
Evergreens is a fast-casual franchise specializing in chef-inspired, customizable salads, wraps, and warm bowls made with fresh, real ingredients. Founded in Seattle in 2012 by two childhood friends, the brand was created to fill a gap in the market by offering flavorful, customizable food without sacrificing speed or convenience. Franchisees operate efficient, streamlined restaurants designed for speed and convenience in smaller footprints, with no need for on-site prep or exhaust hoods.
